What is the TxDOT sufficiency rating? ›

Sufficiency Rating The sufficiency rating of a bridge is a single numerical representation of the sufficiency of the bridge that ranges from 0 to 100. In calculating the rating, consideration is given to the structural adequacy and safety, serviceability and functional obsolescence, and essentiality of traffic service.

Average Bid Price means the average of the daily reported closing price per share of Common Stock during any period of 120 consecutive trading days.

Sufficiency rating means a rating of the condition of a bridge as determined by the department from inventory and inspection data, as set forth in the “Manual for Maintenance Inspection of Bridges.”

The safe harbor indirect cost rate for optional use by eligible consulting firms on FAHP funded contracts under the program is 120 percent (effective Jan. 1, 2020).
