I keep seeing sustainability plans devoid of financial analysis. Plans without financial resources behind them and a strategy for implementation aren't worth much. We'll talk about how to bridge the gap between policy aspirations and actual implementation. The old saw "put your money where your mouth is" has a lot of truth to it. Strategic plans linked to priority-based budgeting are the way to make real impact.
